Being a Culinary Graduate and a Chef by trade, I developed my seasoning blend over 20 years ago. I have been using this blend in restaurant kitchens and in my own home ever since. I find it a great addition to anything I am cooking, whether it is Steaks, Seafood, Soups, Sauces, Potatoes, Vegetables, and yes even on my Popcorn at home.
